A settled rhythm of welcome, learning, play, meals and rest — the same shape every day, so children always know what comes next.
The Shape of the Day
This is the shape of a normal day, not a fixed timetable. Times move with the age group, with how many children are in that day, and with the season — outdoor play comes earlier in the hot months. A child settling in, a swimming session or a special day such as Planting Day rearranges the rest of it, and that is the point: the routine serves the children, not the other way round.
- 6:00– 7:45 AMEarly arrivals, one child at a time — books, soft play and quiet table toys until the group is together
- 7:45– 8:30 AMBreakfast from home, served and eaten at the table with a teacher sitting with them
- 8:30– 9:00 AMMorning circle — names, the weather, songs, and what the day holds
- 9:00– 10:15 AMLanguages and Montessori — groups rotate through the English, French and Arabic & Qur’an areas
- 10:15– 10:45 AMSnack from home, nappy changes and toilet time
- 10:45– 11:45 AMOutdoor play — garden, sand and water; the soft play area when the weather is against us
- 11:45– 12:30 PMCreative and sensory time — painting, play dough, building blocks, sensory trays
- 12:30– 1:15 PMLunch from home, served and supervised, and the diary written up
- 1:15– 3:00 PMRest and quiet time — the napping area for those who sleep, stories and calm work for those who do not
- 3:00– 4:00 PMExtended Care — afternoon snack, tidy-up, then free choice: children pick their own area and their own work
- 4:00– 6:00 PMExtended Care — storytime and rhymes, then home: handover at the door with the diary in hand

Set Meal Times, Food From Home
The Ministry of Education does not permit nurseries to provide food, so families pack breakfast, lunch and light snacks in the child's own food bag — and we do the feeding, at set breakfast, snack and lunch times through the day. Younger children are fed and helped; older ones are encouraged to manage by themselves. Drinking water is always available, and what your child ate is written in the diary. We ask families to leave fast food, crisps, fizzy drinks, nuts and sweets out of the food bag, along with anything a small child can choke on — fish with bones, fruit with seeds or stones, and hard fruit with the skin still on.

Daily hygiene routines through the rooms, the play equipment and the eating areas.
What Parents Notice
No Screens, No Television
There is no place for television in our activities. Children learn through people, materials and play — every hour of the day.
CCTV Access for Parents
Follow your child from your phone, in the areas and at the times available to parents.
Flexible Hours, 6 AM – 6 PM
Built around working parents, Sunday to Thursday. The fee covers 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and every hour after that, up to 6:00 PM, is charged as Extended Care.
The Daily Diary
Every child has a diary book — a written record of the day, kept by the teacher who spent it with them: the activities they took part in, what they ate, nappy changes and feeding times, and how they slept. Over the months it becomes a keepsake of how your child grew with us.
The diary works both ways. There is space for you to write back — a note about a restless night, a food they have started refusing, a recommendation, or a moment you would like recorded. What you write there shapes what we do the next day.
Alongside it: ask us at any point in the day and we will send you photos of your child. The reception line and the manager's direct number are there for anything urgent, WhatsApp and email for everything else, and live camera access on your phone is available as a paid extra.
