Registration
What to Bring With You
Everything on this list is asked for by the Ministry as part of nursery licensing. Bring what you have — we will help you with the rest.
Documents for enrolment
- Two passport photographs of your child
- Father's passport copy and Qatari ID copy
- Mother's passport copy and Qatari ID copy
- Your child's birth certificate (or an official extract), ID and passport copy
- Your child's mandatory vaccination card
- Registration fee and the first monthly fee
Daily bag — what your child needs
- Comfortable clothes suited to the season
- A full spare set: underwear, outer clothes, socks
- Swimwear and water shoes for water activities
- A soft toothbrush and their own toothpaste
- Enough nappies and sanitising wipes, if your child still uses them
- A small blanket and their own pillow — sent home at the weekend to be washed
- Their own towel
- A food bag: breakfast, lunch and light snacks such as vegetables and fruit
- A water bottle, empty or full — we provide drinking water
We keep the food bag simple and wholesome, so please leave out fast food, crisps, fizzy drinks, nuts and sweets — and anything a small child can choke on: fish with bones, fruit with seeds or stones, and hard fruit with the skin still on.

For Working Parents
Extended Care & Corporate Partnerships
The fee covers the regular day, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Every hour after that, up to 6:00 PM, is charged as Extended Care — so the nursery day can flex around your working one, and you pay only for the hours you use.
We also partner with companies across Doha — employees of partner organisations receive dedicated terms for their families. If your employer is not yet a partner, we are happy to speak with them.
